Chronomix 8000 series counters provide an important visual yet cost-effective means to display counts on the factory floor.  Each model offers a unique set of features to provide the most useful and desirable time-based data for enhancing production rates.

Cycle Counters provide visibility of ACTUAL to TARGET progress. The timer is programmed with the cycle time (Takt Time) so that the TARGET count will increase at a prescribed rate (based on the most reasonable daily average all things considered). Programming control is via an IR remote keypad. The operator indexes the ACTUAL count on a local wired keypad, one count each time the task is completed with a feature to increase or decrease the actual count to adjust for miscounts or errors.  Counters range from 99 Count to a maximum of 99,999.  A colored stack light is activated on when the counter is stopped or paused.
