Production lines are by definition a series of steps where progress depends on the coordination of a series of operations. Often one operation can be so critical that it affects all stations perhaps even simultaneously.

Chronomix 8000 series counters allow production managers to easily view the status of specifc lines in the production process and identify potential problems at specific stations such as shortage of available materials or quality control issues. 

As potential problems arise, all stations are able to monitor production at other stations and adjust for the change instead of being limited to knowledge of only their station.  As all production lines work together, and avoid or reduce potential bottlenecks, elimination of waste in terms of both time and materials can be accomplished.
