Event Counters: Event Counters show total number of tasks or events completed. Counter is incremented, decremented or cleared using keypad. Four digits allow for a range of 0 to 9,999 completions. May be connected to a limit switch or other dry contact for automatic operation.
Cycle Counters: Cycle Counters are used for comparing ACTUAL to TARGET progress. The timer is programmed with the cycle time (takt time) so that the TARGET count will increase at a prescribed rate. Programming is done with an IR remote keypad. The operator indexes the ACTUAL count on a local wired keypad, one count each time the task is completed. The ACTUAL count may be increased or decreased as product moves through the line. Counters are available for various ranges of production per period from a maximum count of 99 to 99,999. The colored stack light comes on when the counter is stopped or paused. All are smart timers controlled by microprocessors and configured by the user. They are complete and ready to operate as soon as they are connected to a 110VAC outlet.

When "Cycle Complete" button is pushed or is triggered by a circuit with a limit switch, the currently displayed TARGET time is shown and held on the ACTUAL display and the TARGET display begins a new count down. 4 inch tall red LED digits visible to 160 feet.
