AUTOMATIC DISPLAYS

Chronomix Displays can operate in automatic modes when equipped with photocells. Either a single photocell beam serves as both start and finish or two separate photocell beams represent the start and the finish. The automatic Display can be set up to use either condition. The display will begin timing when the first photocell beam is interrupted and stop timing when the second beam is interrupted. The Display will then display the time to .01 second resolution and will reset to 0 after 5 seconds to be ready for the next competitor. Alternatively a display can be provided which will hold the time until a reset button is manually pressed to ready the unit for the next competitor.
