COUNTERS FOR INDUSTRY

Programming and Operation Counters are designed to provide a target count and an actual count which can be continuously compared. The production cycle time is entered to control the target count. Each time the cycle time counts down to zero, the target number on the display is advanced by one. Work station progress or production line progress is entered into the actual display as it occurs.Programming is carried out with an IR Remote control which is effective to approximately 40 feet. Actual progress is entered via the station keypad or with any normally open dry contact switch. The Delta or the difference between Target and Actual can be shown on a seperate unit or on a third level on the counter. The delta unit continuously shows the diference as either a plus or a minus number. Digit Size Counters are made with two digit sizes 2-3/8 inches tall and 4 inches tall. The 2-3/8 inch high digits are readable from about 90 feet and the four inch digits are readable from about 160 feet. These are red LED digits, intended for indoor use. They cannot be seen in full sun light.
