Send us an email, fax, letter, purchase order etc., telling us the items you are interested in and your telephone number. You may include the following information or we will call you to ask for it. Sometimes a telephone call is the best because it gives us a chance to understand how you will use the equipment so we can be sure you get the right item. Timing is like that! Also, we do not claim this to be a secure sight. If you are going to use a credit card, our approach to security is to take the number over the phone.

CUSTOMER SERVICE: From 8:00 A.M. through 5:00 P.M. PT, M-F.
DELIVERY TIME: Most units are built to order and delivery times vary from a few days to several months depending on the model being ordered, the season of the year and other factors. At certain times standard models may be available for immediate shipment. If specific delivery dates are needed please call the factory at 800-538-1548.
SHIPPING: Orders are shipped by Federal Express or United Parcel Service from our Sunnyvale, California Factory. Shipping costs are billed to the customers account. Ground, 3-day, 2-day or 1-day service is available.
PAYMENT TERMS: Prices are fob Sunnyvale, California. Payment is required before shipment. VISA, MASTER CARD, and AMERICAN EXPRESS are accepted as well as C.O.D. shipments. For international orders, prepayment is required in U.S. Dollars drawn on a U.S. bank. All bank and transfer costs associated with wire transfers or letters of credit are the responsibility of the buyer. Terms may be arranged for government and institutional orders. A copy of the signed purchase order will be required prior to shipment.
WARRANTIES: A one year limited warranty is provided on all new Chronomix products.
