Service and Upgrade Information

CUSTOMER SERVICE: From 8:00 A.M. through 5:00 P.M. PT, M-F.

REPAIR SERVICE: The Chronomix repair facility in Sunnyvale repairs and refurbishes all Chronomix products. Repair estimates will be provided upon request. Payments for repairs are due prior to return of the repaired item.

WARRANTIES: Chronomix guarantees all repairs for a period of three months on the problem being repaired.

Upgrade your 1000 or 2000 Series Display to a 3000 Series Display

Chronomix now offers an upgrade to convert your old CC1000 or CC2000 series display into a state of the art CC3000 series display. You will have a practically new display for a very reasonable price!

Notes:

The upgrade of a 1000 Series Display requires a new ProControl 234 keypad which is included in the price. The 2000 Series Display does not require a new keypad because the existing keypad can be modified to fit.
The 1000 series displays did not have a horn and the horn is not needed if the unit is just used to show running time and splits. However, the optional horn will be needed to take advantage of some of the new features (see above).
Existing accessories such as timing cords, multi-lanes, keypads, chargers and data cables should be sent in along with the display. We will refurbish, modify and test them.
Please note the following exceptions. If you have questions please call 800-538-1548 for clarification. There will be an additional charge for replacing seriously damaged or missing digits or case parts. A few of the oldest CC1000 series displays had a case with 45 degree corner joints. These units can not be upgraded.
